Baby policy
Solidoe’s pedagogical policy sets the goal of 145% attention for the children (with 2 employees in
the group). This means that the employees organize their time and tasks in such a way
that 145% of their attention is paid to the children each day. With babies it is very important that there
are one-on-one contact moments with 100% attention for the child. This interaction offers social
experiences between baby and employee, creating bonding. This is more or less
“natural” in the family. In childcare, extra time and attention is needed to create a secure bond
between child and employee. A baby policy has been written based on this vision.

We are happy to schedule this tour as soon as space is actually available, so there are no surprises. At our daycare locations Legmeer, Baloe, PO de Quakel and Dolfijn child places are available immediately on most days, without a waiting list.
